Welcome to Guitar Setlist Pro. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

Purpose of the Application

Guitar Setlist Pro is designed to help musicians organize songs and setlists, edit chord charts and lyrics, transpose keys, and perform on stage. The application is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

Free and Premium Plans

Guitar Setlist Pro offers two usage tiers: free and premium (Pro).

• The free plan allows a limited number of songs to be created. The current limit is displayed within the app.

• The Pro plan provides unlimited songs and access to all premium features via a monthly or annual subscription.

• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your App Store or Google Play account.

• Purchases are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Refund requests are governed by the respective store's policy.

Tuner Feature Disclaimer

The chromatic tuner feature included in Guitar Setlist Pro is intended for general reference use only. It:

• does not replace professional tuning equipment

• does not guarantee absolute accuracy

• may vary depending on device hardware and environment conditions

Users rely on this feature at their own discretion and responsibility.

Photo Scan Feature Disclaimer

The chord sheet scanning feature is available on iOS only and uses Apple's built-in OCR technology. Recognition accuracy may vary depending on image quality. This feature is provided "as is" for convenience purposes only.

iCloud Sync

If you enable the optional iCloud sync feature, your data is synchronized across your devices via Apple's iCloud Drive. The developer is not responsible for data loss or sync failures caused by Apple's iCloud service.

Community Sharing

If you choose to share a setlist through the Community tab, you agree that:

• The content you share will be visible to other users of the application.

• You are solely responsible for the content you share.

• You will not share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of third parties.

• You will not share copyrighted material (such as song lyrics) without appropriate rights.

The developer reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

YouTube Links

The application allows you to link YouTube videos to songs and play them within the app. YouTube's Terms of Service and community guidelines apply when accessing YouTube content. You may not use this feature to gain unauthorized access to copyrighted material.

No User Accounts

Guitar Setlist Pro does not require user registration and does not create personal user accounts. Community sharing uses anonymous authentication only, with no name, email, or password associated.

Data Handling

Guitar Setlist Pro does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• misuse the application

• attempt to reverse engineer the software

• interfere with the operation of the application

• use the application for unlawful purposes

Intellectual Property

All rights related to the application, including its design, structure, and content, belong to the developer unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the application without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for:

• direct or indirect damages

• data loss

• performance issues

• device incompatibility

• inaccuracies in tuner or scan results

• disruptions caused by third-party services (iCloud, YouTube, Firebase, RevenueCat)

• or any consequences resulting from the use of the application

Updates and Changes

The developer reserves the right to modify or update the application and these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

The developer may suspend or terminate access to the application if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
