My name is Seth Marquardt, and I’m proud to be starting my fifth year of maple sugaring. Though I work full-time as an electrician, sugaring is something I do out of passion and a love for spending time in the woods. For the 2025 season, I ran 932 taps and upgraded to a 2×8' evaporator to produce high-quality small-batch maple syrup.
