About the excursion on Wednesday:

After the talk at 2:00 pm, we plan to go for a hike ( 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours long) around Kahlenberg, a mountain 484 meter high, where we will have a nice view of the city of Vienna; afterwards we will go to a Heuriger for dinner (heuriger is the name given to a tavern in Eastern Austria, where a local winemaker serves his or her new wine in alternate months during the growing season) .
