Q: WHAT DOES THE SESSION CHARGES INCLUDE?
Depending on your package your session could include the following:
1. Photo coverage of One Baby Solo. Sibling can be added with additional charges.
2. Kid's Costumes, footwear, and accessories are provided for children up to 1 year old in all packages. We do have few costumes for 1+ age group, which can be checked at the studio.
3. Hair and makeup charges for older girls will be applied based on individual requirements.
3. Background and Props.
4. Editing charges of images as (included) in package.
5. Soft copies as per package (online).
6. Album Add-on Available.
7. Special items such as Helium Balloons, Cupcakes, Fresh Flowers, etc. are not included in the package. We offer customization options to accommodate specific client needs.
8. Mom's Hair-Makeup & Costume charges are included in Family Add-on Package.
HOW ARE SESSION FEES STRUCTURED?
The session fee is payable in advance.
50% of the session fee at the time of booking to secure your date, and the remaining 50% is due at the time of Session.
Can I get entire unedited data?
We do not provide or sell unedited images under any package.
WHO WILL CLICK THE PICTURES?
Kids Session images are captured by Samrat Sir.
The kids reference images of featured in our sitter brochures and on our social media platforms highlight his exceptional work and expertise with children. Be sure to check out our Google reviews for actual client experiences of sitter sessions.
HOW LONG DOES THE EDIT AND DELIVERABLE CYCLE TAKE?
ONLINE PHOTO GALLERY:
Gallery for Photo Selection is provided within 2-3 working days.
The images for photo selection will be low-res and watermarked (line in the center of image).
EDIT CYCLE:
Few Urgent Edits for Birthdays are shared swiftly, but please make sure to mention the same at the time of booking.
Entire Editing takes 4-6 weeks from the date of the final image selection message for sitter sessions.
However, this could be delivered earlier or later depending on busy periods.
FINAL DELIVERABLE CYCLE:
Album design and printing is done within 4-6 weeks from the date of Final Edit Confirmation message for Luxe and Mega Luxe sessions.
HOW DO WE DECIDE ON THE SETUPS?
We provide themed setup options for kids sessions at our studio, allowing you to choose from the selections provided (based on your package). Themes will be shared in advance for your consideration and selection.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SHARE MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We've captured beautiful images of you and your family, so why not share them? Social media acts as a big family, and receiving likes and comments can be an overwhelming experience. Most of our clients are thrilled to have their Final Portraits posted and eagerly await it. Sharing images is crucial for our business growth, helping us market our services and gain new assignments. Most clients discover us through our online posts. In short, sharing photos drives business growth.
WHY DO WE CHARGE A NON-USAGE FEE?
If you prefer not to have your photos shared, there is a Non-Usage Fee of 25% of the total session amount, in addition to the session cost. This fee compensates for the lost marketing opportunities. Without sharing images, our ability to attract new clients and showcase our work is limited. For us, marketing through our photos is essential to stay in business.
CAN WE BE FEATURED ON YOUR FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM PAGE?
We love featuring images on our social media, but our team decides what and when to upload, with only about 10% of our coverage shared. That's why we provide Social Media Upload Images to all our clients. We encourage you to upload your Final Portraits and tag us on your social media platforms.
