Q: WHAT DOES THE SESSION CHARGES INCLUDE?

Depending on your package your session could include the following:

1. Photo coverage of Mom & Dad-to-be in all the Packages.
We also offer few shots (with parents) of your first child (i.e. Expected Baby's Real Bro/Sis).

2. Hair & Makeup

Our packages include professional hair and makeup for Mom, with one beautiful look designed to complement the session.

If you’d like to explore additional looks or have another family member (such as grandmother or elder daughter) styled as well, this can be arranged directly with the makeup artist at an additional charge. Hair and makeup charges of Mom (in all Packages). Kindly note, the makeup charges

3. Mom Costumes (in all packages).

4. Dad Costumes (Few options available).

5. Background and Props.

6. Footwear, Inner wear and Accessories for the Mom.

7. Editing charges of images as in package.

8. Soft copies as per package (online).

9. Album (in Keepsake & Luxe Package)

How do I decide the costumes and backgrounds?

Once your session is booked, we'll share a delightful range of costume options with you via WhatsApp. Our costume collection will also suggest complementary backgrounds. For specific background requests, please let us know in advance.

While we usually handle these details over WhatsApp and calls, you’re also welcome to visit our studio to explore our maternity collection in person.

Can I get entire unedited data?

We do not provide or sell unedited images under any package.

WHO WILL CLICK THE PICTURES?

Maternity Images are clicked by Amit Sir.

HOW LONG DOES THE EDIT AND DELIVERABLE CYCLE TAKE?

ONLINE PHOTO GALLERY:

Gallery for Photo Selection is provided within 3-4 working days.

The images for photo selection will be low-res and watermarked (line in the center of image).

EDIT CYCLE:
Urgent Edits are shared within a week's time.

Entire Editing takes 4-6 weeks from the date of the final image selection message for maternity, newborn and sitter sessions.

However, this could be delivered earlier or later depending on busy periods.

FINAL DELIVERABLE CYCLE:

Album design and printing is done within 4-6 weeks from the date of Final Edit Confirmation message for Maternity, Newborn and Sitter sessions.

HOW ARE SESSION FEES STRUCTURED?

The session fee is payable in advance.

50% of the session fee at the time of booking to secure your date, and the remaining 50% is due at the time of Maternity session.

At our studio, we provide an extensive selection of costumes and themes to choose from. However, it's important to note that access to certain costumes and themes may vary depending on the package you select. We advise reviewing our package options before confirming your booking.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK?

You can schedule your maternity session anytime from the 7th month onwards. Booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure your desired date is available and to prevent any inconvenience due to limited availability, as our slots tend to fill up quickly.

CAN I EXPECT DISCOUNTS?

Absolutely! While our commitment to delivering top-notch quality keeps our prices fixed, we've designed something special just for you.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SHARE MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We've captured beautiful images of you and your family, so why not share them? Social media acts as a big family, and receiving likes and comments can be an overwhelming experience. Most of our clients are thrilled to have their Final Portraits posted and eagerly await it. Sharing images is crucial for our business growth, helping us market our services and gain new assignments. Most clients discover us through our online posts. In short, sharing photos drives business growth.

WHY DO WE CHARGE A NON-USAGE FEE?

If you prefer not to have your photos shared, there is a Non-Usage Fee of 25% of the total session amount, in addition to the session cost. This fee compensates for the lost marketing opportunities. Without sharing images, our ability to attract new clients and showcase our work is limited. For us, marketing through our photos is essential to stay in business.

CAN WE BE FEATURED ON YOUR FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM PAGE?

We love featuring images on our social media, but our team decides what and when to upload, with only about 10% of our coverage shared. That's why we provide Social Media Upload Images to all our clients. We encourage you to upload your Final Portraits and tag us on your social media platforms.
