This privacy policy applies to the Layra app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Osmapp (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects and processes certain information to provide a fully functional voice recording and studio experience.

• Microphone Access (RECORD_AUDIO): The Application requires access to your device's microphone solely for the purpose of recording audio, as this is the core functionality of the Application.

• Local Storage: All recorded audio files and projects are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does NOT collect, upload, transmit, or share your voice recordings or audio data with any external servers or third parties. Your recordings are completely private and remain entirely on your device.

• Camera Access (If applicable): If the video synchronization feature is used, the Application may request camera access. Like audio, any video recorded or processed remains strictly on your local device.

Third-Party Access Since we do not collect any personal data or transmit your recordings to our servers, we do not share any user data with third parties.

Children The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, since all audio files remain on your local device, the security of your recordings relies on the security of your device itself.

Changes to This Privacy Policy The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
