Meet the Smith PTO Board!

Hello to our cherished school community! We're proud to introduce the dedicated individuals who form the backbone of our Parent-Teacher Organization. Each member brings their unique talents, experience, and passion to the table, ensuring that our children get the best educational experience possible.

🌟 Current Board Members:

• President: Elisabet Smith - Providing visionary leadership and ensuring the smooth execution of PTO programs and initiatives.

• Vice President: Sue Johnson- Assisting the president and taking on critical responsibilities to foster a collaborative environment.

• Secretary: Jennifer Steuer - Keeping detailed records, ensuring effective communication within our community, and organizing our meetings.

• Treasurer: Tara Castaneda - Overseeing financial transactions, managing our budget, and ensuring transparency in every cent we spend.

• Volunteer Coordinator: Eliza Johnson- Building strong volunteer teams, organizing volunteer opportunities, and ensuring our events and programs have the necessary manpower.

• Hospitality Coordinator:Jancy Bristow  - Recognizing the hard work of our teaching and administrative staff, organizing appreciation events, and ensuring that our educators feel valued.

• Historian: Deye Araujo– Photographing our journey, school events, and school activities. 

• Bilingual Liaison:  Oralia Sanjuan – Bridging cultures, ensuring every voice is heard and understood.

• Fundraising/Sponsor Coordinator: Rose Sihas -Help Board organize and execute our fundraising events, solicit, and gather monetary/other donations and build relationships with local businesses.
