By continuing to use the Serviser mobile and web app ("the App"), you agree to and accept the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue the use of the app.

2. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and any intellectual property within the Serviser app are the exclusive property of Djordje Maslic. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without explicit permission.

3. Account Termination

The app provider, Djordje Maslic, reserves the right to terminate a user's account at their discretion. This termination may occur without prior notice.

4. Updates to Terms of Service

These Terms of Service may be updated, modified, or revised by Djordje Maslic at any time. Users will be informed of such changes within the app. Continued use of the app after the notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Djordje Malic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
