ServiceLog ("we," "us," or "our") is a field job tracking utility designed for independent contractors and service technicians. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in our mobile application.
2. Offline Data Storage (No Data Collection)
ServiceLog is an offline-first application.
• All data you enter—including customer names, job types, and pricing—is stored locally on your mobile device.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data to external servers or cloud storage.
• We do not have access to the information you input into the App.
3. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions for core functionality:
• Internet Access: Required only for the internal technical framework (Capacitor/WebView) to render the app interface. No personal data is uploaded or downloaded.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Because we do not collect any data, we do not share, sell, or trade your information with any third parties, advertisers, or analytics providers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device as long as the App is installed. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device. We cannot recover this data for you as we never had access to it.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
