This Privacy Policy explains how ServiceCraft: Report Maker handles information when you use the iOS application.
ServiceCraft is developed and operated by Samet Nail Çoban.
By using ServiceCraft, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
ServiceCraft does not require an account, registration, or sign-in.
ServiceCraft does not automatically collect or transmit personal information to servers operated by the developer.
The app does not include developer-operated:
User accounts
Cloud storage
Advertising
Analytics
Tracking
Marketing profiles
Subscription systems
Payment processing
Location tracking
ServiceCraft allows you to enter and store information locally on your device, including:
Business name
Business contact details
Business address
Technician name
Company logo
Client names and contact details
Client company information
Service locations
Service report details
Equipment and asset information
Problems reported
Diagnosis and findings
Work performed
Parts and materials used
Labor time
Recommendations
Customer-visible notes
Report status
App preferences and PDF template settings
This information is used only to provide the app’s report creation, client management, and PDF export features.
ServiceCraft does not operate its own server or cloud database for this information.
ServiceCraft may request access to your photo library when you choose to add a company logo.
The app accesses only the image you select through the iOS image picker.
The selected logo is stored locally and may be included in PDF reports generated by the app.
ServiceCraft does not automatically scan, upload, or collect the other photos in your library.
ServiceCraft allows you to generate PDF service reports.
PDF generation is performed as part of the app’s report workflow. When you select Export PDF, Share, or a similar action, the iOS sharing interface may allow you to send the report to another application or service.
Examples may include:
Messages
Files
AirDrop
Printing services
Cloud storage applications
Other applications installed on your device
ServiceCraft does not control how third-party applications handle information after you choose to share it.
Your use of those applications is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
ServiceCraft may allow you to enter client names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, and service details.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority or permission to enter, store, export, or share this information.
Do not use ServiceCraft to store information that you are not legally authorized to process.
Information remains stored locally until one of the following occurs:
You delete an individual report or client record
You clear or replace information inside the app
You delete the application
The device storage is erased
The operating system removes the app’s local data
Depending on your device settings, app data may also be included in backups managed by Apple. These backups are controlled by Apple and your personal device settings, not by ServiceCraft.
ServiceCraft does not maintain a remote user account or developer-operated database.
You can remove information by:
Deleting reports inside the app
Removing or replacing your business profile information
Removing the selected company logo
Deleting the ServiceCraft application from your device
Deleting the app may permanently remove locally stored information.
Export important PDF reports before deleting or reinstalling the app.
ServiceCraft does not sell, rent, trade, or use your information for advertising.
The developer does not receive locally stored reports, client records, business information, or company logos through normal use of the app.
Information leaves the app only when you intentionally use a sharing, export, printing, or external application feature.
ServiceCraft does not contain advertising SDKs.
ServiceCraft does not track users across applications or websites.
ServiceCraft does not create advertising profiles or use information for targeted advertising.
ServiceCraft does not intentionally use third-party analytics services to collect behavioral information.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated diagnostics or crash information when users choose to share analytics with app developers through their iOS privacy settings.
Such information is controlled by Apple and the user’s device settings.
ServiceCraft is designed to minimize external data exposure by storing application data locally.
However, no device, software application, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for:
Protecting access to your device
Using a device passcode or biometric protection
Reviewing reports before sharing them
Avoiding the entry of unnecessary sensitive information
Maintaining separate copies of important exported reports
ServiceCraft is a professional business productivity application and is not designed for children under the age of 13.
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
ServiceCraft does not transmit locally stored application data to developer-operated servers.
When you choose to share a report through a third-party service, that service may process information in other countries according to its own privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when ServiceCraft’s functionality, legal obligations, or data practices change.
The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of ServiceCraft after an update means that you acknowledge the revised policy.
