How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Serpent Arena account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Serpent Arena app

2. Login

3. Select the gear icon in top right after login

4. Tap "Delete Account"

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Alternatively, you can email us directly at tran.herny123@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered email address

• The date you created your account

• A brief reason for deletion (optional)

What Data is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will delete:

• Your user account and authentication data

• Any user-generated content (like high scores)

Data Retention

• Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days

• Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes

• Aggregated, anonymized data used for analytics will not be deleted

• Backup data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

What Data is Kept

We retain:

• Transaction records (if any)

• Data required by law

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
