Series 10 Watch App we respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Android application, and your rights regarding that information.
We do not collect personal information unless you explicitly provide it. However, to enable core functionality, we may access the following:
Device names, MAC addresses, and bonding/pairing information of compatible Series 10 and other Apple smartwatches.
Bluetooth data is used solely to connect and manage your smartwatch.
We do not store or transmit Bluetooth device data to our servers.
The app uses Firebase Realtime Database for fetching configuration data, including ads IDs.
Firebase may collect anonymous analytics information (e.g., crash reports, app usage statistics) to help improve the app.
Firebase does not receive personal identifiers from your watch.
The app may display ads using Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google may collect device identifiers, usage patterns, or ad interactions for personalized or non-personalized ads.

The app requires the following permissions to function:
Bluetooth & Bluetooth Admin: To scan, connect, and pair with smartwatches.
Location (Fine & Coarse): Required for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning on Android devices.
Internet: Required for fetching ads, Firebase data, and app updates.
Note: Permissions are requested at runtime, and the app works only if you grant the necessary permissions.
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data on your device and when transmitted to Firebase.
Bluetooth data never leaves your device.
Ads data is handled by Google’s SDK, which follows strict privacy standards.
We use the following third-party services:
Firebase Realtime Database: For configuration and app setup.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): For displaying ads.
These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can disable Bluetooth permissions at any time.
You can disable personalized ads in your device settings or Google account.
You can contact us to request deletion of any data we may have stored.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your consent to the updated policy.
