SERGIO RODRIGUEZ-GARNICA

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at IE Business School, IE University, and received my PhD in Business and Finance from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

My research focuses on entrepreneurship, particularly entrepreneurial careers, and on how institutional and individual-level factors shape entrepreneurial trajectories and innovation. I use longitudinal microdata and causal empirical methods to study entrepreneurial dynamics.

I am interested in conducting rigorous, policy-relevant research that advances our understanding of entrepreneurship and its broader implications for individuals, organizations, and society. I also enjoy collaborating with researchers who share my interest in exploring important questions in entrepreneurship and management.
