Members must remain respectful toward Serenya, moderators, supporters, artists, collaborators, and fellow community members. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, excessive toxicity, NSFW behavior in inappropriate spaces, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and shall be removed of priveleges.
Support & Donations:
All donations, gifts, memberships, and support offerings are voluntary and non-refundable.
Supporter Benefits:
Supporter rewards and exclusive benefits may change, be updated, delayed, or removed at any time depending on schedules, platform limitations, or future plans within the Yunaverse.
Content Ownership:
All stream content, artwork, graphics, lore, branding, audio, ASMRs, overlays, and other creative materials connected to Serenya and the Yunaverse remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless stated otherwise.
Exclusive Content:
Supporter-only content, private streams, previews, downloads, and community materials may not be reposted, redistributed, leaked, copied, or resold without permission.
Commissions & Digital Products:
All purchases involving commissions, artwork, ASMRs, or digital products are for personal use only unless commercial rights are clearly stated.
Moderation Rights:
Serenya and the moderation team reserve the right to warn, mute, remove, deny access, or ban any member who violates community rules or creates harm within the realm.
Platform Responsibility:
The Yunaverse is not responsible for technical issues, third-party platform outages, payment issues caused by external services, or lost access due to incorrect information submitted by users.
Changes to Terms:
These Terms of Service may be updated or modified at any time to help maintain the safety, comfort, and growth of the community.
