Belly binding is a wonderful way to support your body's recovery after birth, whether you've had a vaginal or cesarean delivery. It provides gentle compression that helps stabilize core muscles, encourage uterine contraction, and improve posture while breastfeeding or holding your newborn.
Additionally, belly binding can aid in reducing postpartum bleeding and promoting hormonal balance, making the healing process smoother. This nurturing practice offers comfort and support, allowing you to feel cared for as you recover.
Includes 3 bindings and self binding instruction.
I can also assist in organizing a Nesting Party*. Which is a gathering that provides friends and family with a meaningful opportunity to support the mother by helping with last-minute essentials and tasks before the baby's arrival.
Parents are responsible for covering the expenses of supplies and refreshments. Parties must take place prior to 35 weeks
