About the Owners

Aris and Lena Paguio are the dedicated owners of Serenity Hills Senior Living, bringing with them more than 23 years of experience in managing and owning senior care facilities.

Aris holds a degree in Business Management and contributes his extensive experience and leadership in guiding teams toward a shared goal — providing exceptional care and services for seniors. His compassion, hard work, and sincerity foster a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and part of a family.

Lena, a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior care settings, has devoted more than half of her life to caring for the elderly and the sick. Her professionalism, empathy, medical expertise, and unwavering dedication are true assets to Serenity Hills, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care.

Aris and Lena are blessed with two children. Their daughter, Alison, completed her pre-med degree in Biology in 2024 and aspires to become a medical physician. She loves to sing and perform in front of a crowd. Their son, Allen, is currently a college student majoring in Accounting and Finance. He enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.

The Paguio family enjoys traveling and exploring new places in their free time. They also love watching movies and playing card games together. Their strong family values and commitment to caring for others are the heart of Serenity Hills — a community built on compassion, integrity, and genuine human connection.
