Now Accepting 2025 Doula & Postpartum Clients!
I take on a limited number of clients at a time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress and allow you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
Pregnancy, birth, and the early days of child-rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
I will provide you with support and education either in person or virtually. I am certified Military Lactation Counselor that will help you with a variety of breastfeeding issues including: Painful nipples, Low milk supply, Ensuring the baby is feeding correctly, Oral motor control, and Comfort level during feeding. You can schedule an appointment at any time in your breastfeeding journey but it is best to get help during the first few weeks of your baby's life.
As a certified Birth Doula I am a non-medical companion who can help support you before, during, and after childbirth. I provide all of my clients with emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy and birth. As a part of your support team, I work with you and your spouse to provide you with a fulfilling birth experience. We will discuss birth expectations, plans, labor preparations, and more. I will then meet you at the birthing location when the time comes, and I will provide you with lactation support after birth. Lastly, we will meet postpartum to check in and discuss your birth experience.
I provide you and your family with emotional, physical, and informational support in the postpartum period. The postpartum period is the first six-weeks after giving birth (the fourth trimester). During this time I help you and your family with emotional support, physical support, information (evidence based: infant feeding, soothing, and basic newborn care), light housework, incorporating older children. The hours are based on a first come first served basis and hours are subject to change and additional dates may be available.
A Virtual Postpartum Doula is great for those moms and dads that have questions about newborn care, breastfeeding, hormonal and/or emotional changes, and need informational support after childbirth. The virtual Doula can be looked at as your postpartum coach to help support you with breastfeeding, infant care, self care and emotional support.
