📑 Terms & Conditions

1. Use of Services

Our services (consulting, HR, bookkeeping, Islamic finance, digital products) must not be used for unlawful or unethical purposes.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All digital product / resource sales are final (no refunds due to downloadable nature).

• Service fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds for consulting or HR services may be considered case-by-case (only if certain conditions are met - we may offer refund or to rework a service to meet expectations).
  
  

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, templates, guides, and resources provided by SDZ remain our intellectual property.

• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information.

• SDZ is not liable for issues resulting from false, incomplete, or delayed data submission.
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

• SDZ is not responsible for indirect damages, missed business opportunities, or losses arising from use of our services.
  
  

6. Third-Party Tools

By using our services, you agree to the terms of third-party platforms we rely on (e.g., Google Workspace, Payhip, Zoom, HubSpot etc).

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

8. Code of Conduct – Professional Etiquette

By engaging with Serene Digi Zone, you agree to uphold professionalism and mutual respect throughout our professional relationship. All communications must remain courteous, disciplined, and constructive. Any form of annoyance, disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of services.

💼 Payment & Refund Policy

• A non-refundable onboarding fee is required once you accept the personalized quote and onboarding documents.
  
  

• This fee covers administrative setup, initial consultation, and resource allocation.
  
  

• Work will officially begin only after the onboarding fee has been received and acknowledged through a Welcome & Onboarding Confirmation Email.
  
  

• For larger projects, a token advance (non-refundable) may also be required before the start of work.
  
  

• After onboarding is confirmed, cancellation requests will not result in refunds for any fees already paid.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure 

Both parties agree that any information disclosed in the course of this Agreement, whether oral, written, electronic, or otherwise, including but not limited to financial records, client lists, business strategies, intellectual property, and personal data (“Confidential Information”), shall be treated as strictly confidential.

The Client and Service Provider shall not, without prior written consent of the other party:

1. Disclose Confidential Information to any third party, except as required by law or to fulfill the services under this Agreement.
   
   

2. Use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of obligations under this Agreement.
   
   

3. Retain Confidential Information beyond the duration of this Agreement, except as required for legal or compliance purposes.
   
   

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of three (3) years.
