She first discovered yoga in 2017 while living in China, and it quickly became her guide through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. In 2024, Cindy completed her teacher training at Ashiyana in Spain, deepening her practice and connection to yoga’s roots. Her journey has been shaped by the experiences of motherhood, living in different countries, and finally returning home to build new foundations. With a gentle and welcoming approach, Cindy creates spaces where people of all levels can reconnect with themselves, release stress, and find balance both on and off the mat.
