At Serdeco, the privacy and security of our users are our top priority. This application is designed for productivity use.
Unlike public applications, Serdeco does not allow public user registration.
Account Creation: User accounts are created exclusively by authorized administrators.
Data Collected: To manage these accounts, administrators register only the user's full name and email address.
Consent: It is understood that the user has previously provided their data to the organization or administrator to gain access to this tool.
The name and email address are used strictly for:
Authentication and system access control.
Identifying the user within the application's features.
Technical support and administrative account management.
All information is managed through a secure infrastructure:
Backend and Database: We use PocketBase for the encrypted storage of user profiles.
Cloud Infrastructure: The service is hosted on Railway, ensuring that data is not stored locally on the user's device in an insecure manner.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or third parties outside of the service. The application uses Google Play Services for technical execution on Android. Google Privacy Policy.
Any user wishing to modify their data or delete their account can:
Contact their system administrator directly.
