Try Corovita olive oil

Corovita is our premium brand and is produced by ourselves in Turkey. We grow the olives on the Aegean Sea in western Turkey. Corovita is also available as organic olive oil. Our fields are located directly by the sea and offer a wonderful panorama over the Aegean Sea. The olives for Corovita Mirtat olive oil are grown in the northwest of Turkey. Our family has its headquarters in the small town of Gülpinar, where the mill is also located. We harvest from our field mostly in November. We use mechanical methods for this. We explicitly do not beat the olives from the tree with a stick. That would damage the olives and the oil would run out. They are transported to the mill in crates and not in sacks. The olives are brought directly from the field to our mill. The decisive criterion here is speed. The faster the olives are pressed, the better the result. To ensure that there is no waiting time, we have our own mill, which also only works for our own olives and which works daily on harvest days from the afternoon into the evening. This ensures that the painstakingly harvested olives are actually processed quickly and to a high quality. No mechanical press is used either, but a modern, continuous cold extraction process.

The oil is then stored in high-quality stainless steel tanks so that it retains its aroma over a longer period of time.
