This Privacy Policy describes how WorkFlow Sentinel ("the Application") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the web dashboard or the companion browser extension.

1. Information We Collect

The Application is an internal productivity tool designed for IBEX. It collects the following types of information:

• User Identity: Your corporate email address and full name (via Google Workspace authentication).

• Activity Data: Timestamped records of when you change your work status (e.g., "Ready", "Break", "Meeting").

• Presence Detection: The browser extension monitors local keyboard and mouse activity solely to determine "Idle" status. No keystrokes or specific mouse coordinates are recorded or transmitted.

• Device Information: A unique generated Device ID is used to bind your login to a specific machine for security purposes.

2. How We Use Information

Collected data is used exclusively for:

• Internal time tracking and production metric reporting.

• Automated session management (detecting inactivity to prevent erroneous "Ready" status logs).

• Maintaining system security through device binding.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. All data remains within the private Google Apps Script environment of the DM Clinical organization. Access is restricted to authorized administrative personnel.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored within the Google Cloud infrastructure. Logs are typically retained for administrative review and can be cleared by system administrators at any time.

5. Security

We use standard Google Workspace security protocols to protect your data. Access to the dashboard is restricted to authorized domain users via OAuth2.
