A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) with over 20 years of military service and more than 15 years of leadership in the government contracting arena, Will brings a mission-driven, field-tested mindset to every engagement. His experience spans aerospace, logistics, staffing, and manufacturing, supporting both SBA 8(a) firms and federal prime contractors in generating over $100 million in annual contract revenue.

Will specializes in federal market entry, business development, and growth strategy — particularly for entities that face systemic disadvantages. He is deeply familiar with the double-speak of government: on one hand, proclaiming support for small and disadvantaged businesses, while on the other, consolidating opportunities for large, entrenched primes.
