Wireless Sensor Node
Lira records microclimatic and soil data and wirelessly transmits it to the Ruble controller
Integrated sensors: soil moisture sensors (4 sensors per node), soil temperature, sunlight, atm. temp and humidity sensors.
Soil moisture sensors are flexible to be placed below the soil surface at various depths to monitor and maintain the soil moisture conditions of root-zone with different growth stages of crop
One Lira module is required for one control plot having a homogenous soil type and uniform land structure.
Can be used in an open field as well as a closed environment to observe/maintain the temperature, humidity, and lighting conditions alongside irrigation.
Powered by a rechargeable battery and backed up with solar.
Main Controller
The Ruble is placed close to the pump house to trigger the pump starter
Communicates with the Lira sensor nodes and Euro wireless valve nodes placed on the fields
Takes decisions based on the data acquired from sensor nodes or My SICCA mobile app
Controls the switching of the pump, valves, and other devices such as blower, foggers, doser pump, and automatic backwash of sand filter
Can automate the poly houses, shade nets, vertical farms, Hydroponics/Aquaponics farms system
Only one Ruble is required per main irrigation pump, and it can interact with
12 Lira, 12 Euro (36 wireless valves), and up to 24 wired devices/valves with the help of an extender adapter called ‘Franc’.
Wireless Valve Node
Euro control the switching of solenoid valves bypassing the manual valves on the field
The operating range is up to 2 km, which means wireless valves can be located up to 2 km away from the Pump/Controller
The Ruble controller wirelessly sends commands to Euro for switching these valves
One Euro node can operate 3 wireless valves at a time
Similar to Lira, this is also powered by a rechargeable battery and backed up with solar
All the valves operated under the SICCA system can be reconfigured as per the pipeline structure for a particular plot and can be operated in grouping up to 5 valves at a time
Mobile app
My SICCA monitors the farm conditions and notifies farmers about the events happening on the farm.
It also displays the current status of the pump and valves along with sensor information.
The user can use the app to set a timer/scheduler for the irrigation pump and control other devices with just a click of a button.
Available in English and Marathi languages. It will be available in all local languages as per the demand from the farmer base.
Extender Adaptor
Franc is placed alongside the Ruble controller to operate wired valves and other devices
Controls the switching of 24V AC solenoid valves used for irrigation, fertigation, or fogging purposes
Can also attach other devices operating on 230V AC to the Ruble controller for remote operations through the My SICCA mobile app
Apart from this, The size of Solenoid Valves depends on the pipeline structure. Generally, we use a solenoid valve in parallel to the existing manual valve arrangement.
