Ms. Walker

Ms. Walker is so excited to begin her eighth year at Seneca Valley HS! A little background: she grew up in Georgia, graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Choral Music Education with a History Minor from Kennesaw State University. She has training in classical, jazz, and musical theatre genres and is a member of three a cappella barbershop organizations.

This year is bringing yet another year of big changes to policies and procedures at both the county and school levels. I will do my best, and I expect you to do your best to adhere to the new protocols. However, both you and I may make mistakes, and THAT IS OKAY! This year is all about making mistakes and getting back up again. We need to celebrate our successes just as much, if not more, than we focus on our failures.

It’s important to me that our talented program is full of kind human beings. The talent part is easy. Being a kind and compassionate person takes practice and commitment. Making music is about humanity, and we are in such a privileged position to showcase that through our singing.
