Welcome to the Nursing Practice Lab

Here you will find the booking system for the practice lab at our King and Newnham Campus. Our practice labs allow students to continually develop their nursing skills to be more confident and competent. This room will offer space for the students to practice skills independently or with partners, make up hours for their missed lab time, and space to record video submissions. Please see the information below for booking procedures and practice lab expectations

Booking Requirements

Students are required to provide Seneca ID# and email, partners' information (if applicable), skills that will be practiced, and if equipments are needed. Students should be bringing supplies from their own nursing lab kits.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK AT THE CAMPUS YOU ARE ATTENDING LABS

Practice Lab Policy

Sign lab rules and guideline waiver above if not completed yet. See link in drop down menu.

No food or drinks in the practice lab

15 min grace period to attend booked time. Cancellations will apply after grade period

Students are required to bring their own kits and be in scrubs

Maintain the cleanliness of the area after use

Treat the environment, supplies/equipment, staff, and peers with dignity and respect

Missed lab forms can only be signed when under supervision. Please print forms ahead of time

Practice lab hours do not go towards clinical hours
