1.2 Information Processed via WhatsApp Web

SendPro X12 operates only through WhatsApp Web and does not bypass WhatsApp security or encryption.

We may temporarily process:

Contact phone numbers
Message content you send
Attachments you choose to send
Delivery and read status metadata

⚠️ Important:
We do NOT permanently store message content, chat history, or media files on our servers.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

For security and performance, we may collect:

Browser type and extension version

Account data is retained while your account is active
You may request account deletion at any time

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

SendPro X12:

Does not store credit card numbers
Does not access payment credentials
Receives only subscription status and transaction confirmation

Stripe’s Privacy Policy applies separately.

5. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices:

Encrypted API communication (HTTPS)
Secure backend infrastructure
Access-controlled systems
No client-side data storage of messages
Regular updates and security reviews

Despite best practices, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
