Due to the nature of the Service and the costs associated with sending faxes, we do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions once they have been purchased. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in the Service or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No Refunds

Once you have purchased a premium subscription, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. This is because we incur costs associated with sending faxes, regardless of whether or not you use all of your allotted faxes.
