However, primary investigator (PI) of SCTRT, Ng Teck Sen is hoping to promote more wisdom from the SCTRT. Therefore, JWTS was created to maintain the legacy of SCTRT in a form of more leisure and accessible by everyone. Additionally, articles in the JWTS do not necessarily represent the views of the Editor or the Editorial Committee. The Editor is responsible for the final selection of the content of JWTS and reserve the right to reject any material deemed inappropriate for publication. Responsibility for opinions expressed and for the accuracy of facts published articles in the JWTS rests solely with the individual authors. JWTS do not Allow Articles about Adult content, Dangerous or derogatory content, Recreational drugs and drug-related content, Alcohol-related content, Tobacco-related content, Gambling-related content, Hacking and cracking content, Weapon-related content, Content that enables dishonest behavior & Illegal content.

JWTS aims to provide a new way of looking at academia, less as a means to social status, and more to look at learning as a form of leisure. JWTS is unlike traditional journal in that we have no illusions that our contributors are going to be empowered financially by a degree or course of study. Everyone who hope to learn and willing to share are welcomed to the family of JWTS. Additionally, JWTS also develops into something more akin to one of the ancient Greek academies, where learners learned just for the sake of curiosity and camaraderie. Essentially, JWTS are playing with the idea that free knowledges to everyone and everyone is welcomed to share their knowledges and thought in a form of leisure. Nothing should be taken too seriously in JWTS, make it a fun and enjoyable journey together.

Everyone is allowed to read, download, share, distribute, and print without asking prior permission from anyone in JWTS included the authors, editors, and the founder. However, all content in JWTS may not be used for monetary or commercial purposes and for reference in academic or scientific papers. In summary, please do not use JWTS to earn money or profit, and do not cite JWTS as a resource in academic or scientific papers.

Format
JWTS do not restrict the format of the articles, but the articles will be edited by the editors with the JWTS template. Besides, JWTS is published in English and Mandarin. JWTS does not provide professional proofreading services. Before going to the editing process, all articles will be checked that they are free from plagiarism practice using a plagiarism software and AI Content Detector by editor (s). If there is an indication of plagiarism more than 10%, AI Content more than 50% or both the indication, the article will instantly be rejected. To sum up, JWTS allows authors to share their articles freely without troublesome(s) in term of format, and the originality of the author’s articles is crucial and ought to be concerned.
