What is Evidence-Based FHV?

Evidence-based home visiting typically refers to a model of home visiting that has been rigorously researched and has demonstrated effectiveness according to the Home Visiting Evidence of Effectiveness project (HomVEE).  Agencies participating in the SEMN Family Home Visiting Partnership implement evidence-based family home visiting using one or both of the following models.
