Closure of Term 2 in WISE

Teachers’ access to WISE will close at 9:00am on Tuesday 28 October 2025 as we need to close the Term to prepare for graduation. After this time teachers will no longer be able to update Term 2 attendance/make up work etc. in WISE.

To help with the smooth closure of Term 2, please note:

• From the beginning of October 2025, teachers and leaders are to advise students and their parents to have all makeup work, including Assess Your Learning lessons and updates on meeting the reading requirements, to teachers no later than Friday 24 October 2025 for teachers to mark/confirm and update WISE over the weekend 25-26 October 2025.

• If students complete make up work after 28 October 2025, teachers are to submit that makeup work as soon as possible to their Stake Seminary Supervisor who will then advise our office the total number of days made up.

• The student’s records will eventually be updated in WISE to reflect completion of makeup work but, while we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that we will have capacity to reflect that completed work in a student’s records in time for your Stake’s seminary graduation. (Please bear in mind we will be preparing final records and awards for seminary and institute graduations in multiple Stakes/Districts – hence the encouragement to advise students and parents to have all makeup work to teachers no later than Friday 24 October 2025).
