SEMHS Athletic Clearance 

All students must be cleared through the Activities Office. There are forms that must be filled out and a physical that must be completed prior to our clinic/tryout dates. Please click below for more info.

Sports Physicals will be held on Thursday May 2nd at:

 El Monte High School starting at 3:45pm. $25 cash only.
