To plan the project throughout the semester we decided to take advantage of a visual tool named Gantt's diagram.
The formulation of this diagram is very useful, allowing to disassemble a complex objective, i.e. the project, into several smaller tasks, making the analysis of what should be done, by whom it should be done and when it should be done, much simpler.
Some assignments depend on previous ones, thus having a clear relationship of dependency between assignments is important to avoid accumulating work, ensuring that the project is not delayed. Therefore, the hardest assignments will be performed first and we only move on when these are largely completed.
In the distribution of responsibilities, despite the fact that there is only one element in charge of certain assignments, it doesn't mean that the rest of the group didn't help. Everyone wants to be aware of the assignments carried out, so that we all follow progress of the project.
