The trial medicine has been used for a number of years and is known to be safe. However, it may have side effects. These may cause discomfort, particularly nausea, for some people. In more extreme cases, the medicine may case lethargy and difficulty doing daily tasks.
If blood pressure levels are inappropriately lowered, there is a risk of fractures or feeling generally unwell. We consider these issues to be unlikely.

Even once you have consented, you can withdraw from the study whenever you wish without penalty. This will not affect your future medical care
