We will celebrate Annabella's distinguished and impactful career at Princeton University, and we come together to discuss state-of-the-art research at the frontiers in chemical physics of heterogeneous interfaces on this special occasion. The research symposium and celebration will be held on June 12 - 13, 2025 (Thursday and Friday Morning), at Princeton University. We look forward to welcoming former members of the Selloni research group, her faculty colleagues, and other close associates as we express our deep gratitude for the profound influence she has had on our lives, both professionally and personally.

After obtaining her Laurea in Physics from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1974, Annabella earned her PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in 1979. Following a post-doctoral work at IBM Watson Research Center, she joined the faculty of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" as an Assistant Professor, and she subsequently became an Associate Professor at the International School of Advanced Studies in Italy. After spending a brief time at the University of Geneva, she joined Princeton University in 1999 where she is currently the David B Jones Professor of Chemistry.
