We require all buyers using a loan to submit a pre-approval letter with their offer to show that they have the financial capacity to purchase your property, provide a down payment and cover closing costs. We also do our proper due-diligence to verify buyer credentials directly with their lender. If a cash offer is received, we request proof of funds and are looking to see that liquid funds are readily available to execute a purchase in line with their offer.
