WHAT STAYS ON YOUR COMPUTER

Seller Reply Kit saves your replies, your saved values, and your plan status in your browser storage, on your own computer. I do not receive this information and I cannot see it. If you remove the extension or clear your browser data, it is deleted.

WHAT THE EXTENSION DOES ON WEB PAGES

When you click Insert, the extension looks for a text box on the page you are using and puts your chosen reply into it. It does not read, collect, store, or send the content of the pages you visit or your browsing history. It runs on a page only when you ask it to, with one exception: on extensionpay.com payment pages, a small payment library runs so the extension can tell when a purchase has finished.

BACKUP FILES

If you use the backup feature, the file is saved to your computer by your browser. I do not receive it.

PAYMENTS

The free plan does not require an account. Pro is a paid plan. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay at extensionpay.com, which uses Stripe. When you buy Pro, ExtensionPay collects your email address and payment details. Your payment details are processed by Stripe and are not given to us. I may see your email address and plan status in the ExtensionPay dashboard, and I use them only to manage your subscription and answer your support requests. While the extension is running, it asks ExtensionPay whether your plan is active. That request uses an identifier created for your installation. The payment library keeps this identifier in Chrome extension storage, which may include Chrome sync storage, so it can follow you across your own Chrome devices if you use Chrome sync. The only website the payment library contacts is extensionpay.com. ExtensionPay and Stripe have their own privacy policies, which apply to the information they collect.

WHAT I DO NOT DO

1. I do not sell your information.

2. I do not show ads and do not use your information for advertising.

3. I do not use tracking or analytics tools in the extension.

4. I do not use your information for lending or credit decisions.

5. I do not let people read your information, except where you ask for support and allow it, where the law requires it, or where it is needed for security.

CHROME WEB STORE USER DATA POLICY

The use of information in Seller Reply Kit follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

CHILDREN

Seller Reply Kit is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

CHANGES

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, I will say so on the store page.
