Our agency's focus is mainly on just two life insurance products - Indexed Universal Life policies (IULs) and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs). We don't just offer our clients life insurance, we offer them tax-free retirement income and ways to protect their retirement savings from market losses. We are 100% virtual and work from home - or really anywhere with good WIFI. We use telesales for outreach with the aim to book Zoom meetings for face-to-face, personalized product illustrations.
Selfless agents have access to exclusive, high-intent IUL lead vendors that have been tested for quality. We strive to stay current; always looking for new lead vendor opportunities, new technology, and the latest training to boost business across our agency.
We offer the mentorship and the support of an agency, but with the freedom that comes with being an independent agent - being your own boss. To our newest agents, we provide mentorship with hands-on, real-time training to close your first few clients and get you paid fast. Ongoing, as your skills develop, we continue to mentor you to level-up and grow your business. From day-1, we start our agents at competitive comp rates - well above the industry standard - and give comp increases as agents become self-sufficient with consistent production and growth.
