A lot of the long-term risks associated with low self-esteem can lead to things like Depression and Anxiety. The risks can also play a role in developing poor habits, such as smoking and drinking too much as a form of coping. We learned some protective factors we are hoping to provide to others like journaling, and connecting with others.
Our goal is to be a shield to help others come up with their own ways to make the Protective Factors stay with you while keeping the risk factors away.
