The goal of this worksheet is to allow clients to grow their self confidence at their own pace with some guidance. It's a two page worksheet intended to be completed once a week/every other week to monitor how ideas and thoughts progress in time in tandem to counseling. The activities are designed to be short so that the client is forced to really think about the core of their issues and hopefully name it; and if they can't, they feel encouraged to bring it up with the counselor. With the activities being so short I intended the client feel more inclines to complete them as it takes less time out of the day.
The intent of this resource is to allow the individual to blossom on one's own accord, given the nature of queer identity in women being fragile in our patriarchial society.
