By downloading, installing or using Self Growth, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About Self Growth
Self Growth is a self-improvement application that provides features such as habit tracking, personal challenges, reminders, progress tracking, calculators and daily progress selfies.
Self Growth does not require users to create an account or directly provide information such as their full name, home address, telephone number or government identification.
Most information created through the App is stored locally on the user’s device. However, Self Growth uses third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob and Mintegral, which may process limited technical, device, usage and advertising-related information.
2. Information Entered by Users
Users may voluntarily create or enter information such as:
habits and personal goals;
challenge progress;
reminder preferences;
notes or journal-style entries;
height, weight or other values entered into calculators or plans;
daily progress selfies;
application settings and preferences.
This information is used to provide the requested App features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, user-created information is stored locally on the user’s device and is not intentionally uploaded to a server operated by Self Growth.
Users should avoid entering highly sensitive information that is not necessary to use the App.
3. Daily Selfies and Progress Photos
Self Growth allows users to voluntarily capture a daily progress selfie or choose an existing image through the Android system photo picker.
Self Growth uses the device’s system camera application through a secure temporary content URI. The App does not directly request the Android camera permission for this delegated capture process.
Daily progress selfies are stored in the App’s private no-backup storage on the user’s device.
Self Growth does not intentionally:
upload progress selfies to a developer-controlled server;
transmit progress selfies to Google AdMob or Mintegral;
use progress selfies for advertising or marketing;
use progress selfies for analytics;
sell, rent or trade progress selfies;
perform facial recognition;
attempt to identify a person from a selfie;
analyse facial characteristics, emotions, ethnicity, health or identity.
The progress-selfie directory is excluded from the App’s configured Android cloud-backup and device-transfer mechanisms.
Progress selfies remain on the device unless the user deliberately chooses an available sharing or export feature.
Users may delete an individual progress selfie or delete all progress selfies through the available controls in the App. Locally stored selfies are also removed when the App is uninstalled, subject to the normal operation of the Android operating system.
4. Information Processed Automatically
Self Growth uses third-party advertising services to display, measure and protect advertisements.
Depending on the user’s device, region, privacy choices and applicable law, advertising providers may process information such as:
IP address;
approximate location inferred from the IP address;
device or other identifiers;
Android Advertising ID, where available and permitted;
device model and operating-system information;
language and regional settings;
App interactions;
advertisement impressions, clicks and interactions;
diagnostic information;
crash and application-performance information;
network and connection information;
fraud-prevention and security signals.
This information may be processed for:
delivering advertisements;
delivering personalised advertisements where permitted and consented to;
delivering non-personalised, contextual or limited advertisements;
measuring advertising performance;
controlling advertisement frequency;
analytics and reporting;
detecting invalid traffic;
preventing fraud and abuse;
maintaining security and service reliability.
Self Growth does not intentionally provide progress selfies, personal notes, habit records or journal content to advertising services for advertising or profiling.
5. Google AdMob
Self Growth uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google.
Google Mobile Ads may process technical and advertising-related information for advertisement delivery, measurement, analytics, security, reporting and fraud prevention.
Where required, Self Growth uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to display privacy messages and manage advertising privacy choices before eligible advertising requests are made.
Depending on the user’s location and privacy selection, users may receive:
personalised advertisements;
non-personalised advertisements;
contextual advertisements;
limited advertisements.
Google processes information under its own policies:

advertisement delivery;
advertisement attribution;
campaign measurement and reporting;
advertisement frequency control;
analytics;
security and fraud prevention;
personalised advertising where permitted;

7. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law, Self Growth displays an advertising consent or privacy-choice message.
The message may allow users to review or manage how advertising providers process certain information for personalised advertising and related purposes.
Users can access the available privacy controls through:
Self Growth → Settings → Manage Privacy Choices
Depending on regional availability, users may be able to:
review advertising purposes and providers;
provide consent;
refuse eligible processing;
change a previous selection;
withdraw consent;
object to personalised advertising.
Refusing personalised advertising does not prevent access to the main features of Self Growth.
Users may continue to receive non-personalised, contextual or limited advertisements where permitted.
8. App Permissions
Self Growth requests or uses only the permissions and system capabilities required for its active features.
Camera and selfie capture
Self Growth delegates selfie capture to the device’s system camera application. The App does not directly request the Android camera permission for this delegated capture process.
Photos and gallery selection
Self Growth uses the Android system photo picker when the user chooses an existing image.
The App does not request broad access to all photos, videos or files stored on the device.
Notifications
Self Growth may request notification permission to provide user-selected habit reminders, challenge reminders, alarms or progress notifications.
Users can disable notifications through the App or Android system settings.
Internet and network access
Internet and network access are used to:
request and display advertisements;
retrieve consent and privacy messages;
communicate with advertising providers;
support advertisement security, measurement and fraud prevention.
9. Local Storage
Most content created through Self Growth is stored locally on the user’s device.
Locally stored content may include:
habits;
challenge progress;
reminders;
preferences and settings;
locally created notes;
calculator results;
progress selfies.
Users can delete local information through available in-app controls, by clearing Self Growth’s application storage through Android settings or by uninstalling the App.
Self Growth cannot recover locally deleted information.
10. Sharing and Exporting
Self Growth may provide user-initiated sharing or export features, such as sharing a generated progress image, story poster or PDF document.
When a user deliberately selects a sharing or export option:
the Android operating system displays compatible receiving applications;
temporary access is granted only to the selected file;
the user chooses the receiving application or person;
the receiving application’s privacy practices apply after the file is shared.
Self Growth does not automatically upload or share user-created files.
Users should review the contents of a file before sharing it.
11. How Information May Be Shared
Self Growth does not sell users’ progress selfies, habits, personal notes or journal content.
Limited technical and advertising-related information may be processed by Google AdMob, Mintegral and their service providers for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law or legal process;
respond to a lawful request from an authority;
investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents;
protect the rights and safety of users, the developer or the public;
enforce applicable terms and policies.
12. Data Retention
Locally stored information remains on the device until:
the user deletes it through the App;
the user clears the App’s storage;
the App deletes temporary files;
the App is uninstalled.
Temporary camera files are intended to be removed following successful capture, cancellation or failure.
Advertising providers may retain technical and advertising-related information according to their own policies and applicable legal obligations.
Self Growth does not directly control the retention systems operated by Google AdMob or Mintegral.
13. Data Security
Self Growth uses reasonable technical safeguards appropriate to the App’s functionality, including:
application-private local storage;
no-backup storage for progress selfies;
narrow FileProvider directory access;
temporary content URI permissions;
Android system photo-picker integration;
removal of unnecessary broad storage permissions;
user-controlled deletion options;
secure network communication used by supported third-party services.
No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
14. International Data Processing
Google AdMob, Mintegral and their service providers may process technical or advertising-related information in countries other than the user’s country of residence.
These countries may have different data-protection laws.
Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies, contractual commitments and applicable legal requirements.
15. Children’s Privacy
Self Growth does not knowingly request children to provide their name, address, telephone number or other directly identifying information.
Where a child or minor uses the App, use should take place with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information through the App may contact us at:
developsupport211@gmail.com
We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.
16. User Privacy Rights
Depending on the user’s country or region, users may have rights relating to information processed about them, including the right to:
request access;
request correction;
request deletion;
object to certain processing;
restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent;
opt out of personalised advertising;
submit a privacy complaint.
Most user-created App information is stored locally and can be deleted directly by the user.
Requests relating to information independently processed by Google AdMob or Mintegral may also need to be submitted directly to those providers.
17. Deleting App Information
Users can remove locally stored information by:
deleting individual entries, habits or photos inside the App;
using available reset or Delete All controls;
clearing Self Growth’s application storage through Android settings;
uninstalling Self Growth.
Self Growth does not currently require a user account for the locally stored features described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, there may be no separate developer-controlled account or server record to delete.

18. Third-Party Links, Ads and Services
Self Growth may display advertisements or contain links leading to third-party websites, applications, products or services.
Self Growth does not control third-party content, security or privacy practices.
Users should review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing information or interacting with it.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:
changes to Self Growth;
new or modified features;
changes to advertising providers;
security or operational improvements;
changes in applicable legal or policy requirements.
