What are Astral Essays?

Using the techniques of the judgement of the stars, we translate the positions found in your astrological chart into essays. The gifts of language, metaphor, and prose, help us to translate what we see in the heavens to how they may have manifested inside or around your life. In these Astral Essays we explore the interior and exterior of life at the best of our abilities. A chart can also be moved forward and backward to contextualize where we are in our journey through time and space.

Through the practice and study of our predecessors works, we deepen our ability to connect not only the above to the below but we also weave our present with the distant past. Vettius Valens, Doretheus, Firmicus Maternus, and Abu Ma'shar sit in my library. Proudly sitting next to them are contemporary scholars Demetra George, Dr. Dorian Greenbaum, Dr. Bernadette Brady, Richard Tarnas, Austin Coppock, J.M. Hamade, and Dr. Ali A Olomi's translations from "Head on History" Patreon.

In the below offerings we will connect to your chart and you will receive a printable document of my musings as we ponder and wander through your chart. Afterwards, if you so choose, we will offer a live session to discuss what was written and your individual experiences that have uniquely manifested in your time and space.

What is “Remediation”?

Remediation is the process of assessing the positions and conditions of the planets in relation to where and when you were born (called a “Natal Chart” or “Birth Chart”) within the philosophical framework of an interconnected holistic universe. Then taking that unique information and determining how to incorporate/exclude material connection (foods, drinks, metals, stones, ect.), intellectual exercise (education, meditation, observation), Spiritual Engagement (Prayer, devotion, petitions), Physical Actions (exercise, building, creating, singing, dancing), and environmental subjection (Places, sounds, scents, company, witnessing) into a practice that either balances an imbalance found in the chart or invites an improvement to a unsatisfied area of life (Relationships, Family, Well Being, and Notoriety).

That might be a lot of words. So let me say it this way as well:

“Remediation is taking what is, and directing our will into what we want it to be.”

When Am I?

In this Astral Essay we utilize the Natal Chart as a beginning or seed point in the life. Then, like sand moves through the hour glass, time flows until we reach "when" you are now. We'll take notice of when on the chart you've arrived, introduce you to your current guides, and identify what kinds of lessons and gifts are on the eastern horizon.

We start with the widest lens possible of Zodiacal Releasing Level 1 and 2.

Then, we shift down to the Fardar Custodian and Assistant (with predictions and prescriptions as translated by Dr. Ali A Olomi)

We'll look to see how that contextualizes the Profection Sign, Custodian (planet), and House year that you're residing in.

Furthermore, we'll look at the Solar Promise (or Solar Return Chart) to see what real time transits are being felt the strongest in the year, as well as the main "Quality" and "Theme".

Finally, we'll offer when your most challenging month will be and what to watch out for while also revealing some positive months as well.

The chart will then provide guidance for you, "The Player", in this theater of life.
