I am an Economics Assistant Professor at Catholic University in Milan, and affiliate at LEAP (Laboratory for Effective Anti-poverty Policies), and SI (Social Inclusion) Lab, Bocconi. I obtained my PhD in Economics at the Institute for International Economic Studies, Stockholm University. Download my full CV.
I work in Development and Behavioural Economics, and I am interested in agricultural markets, education, fairness preferences and bargaining.
I have been working in Italy, Bangladesh, Uganda, India and South Africa implementing randomized control trials and lab or field experiments.
I also work on predicting the severity of COVID-19 and its effect, with particular focus on low and middle-income countries.
