Purpose of the Mock Project
The mock project was created to demonstrate how the SeLaH™ Behavior Alignment System works in real‑world childcare environments. Its purpose is to show directors, owners, and program leaders what a full improvement cycle looks like—from the first walkthrough to the final systems rollout—using the same tools, processes, and evidence‑based frameworks that SeLaH™ uses with actual clients.
This project allows centers to clearly see:
How SeLaH™ identifies root causes of behavior, engagement, and consistency challenges
What data collection looks like (transitions, engagement, supervision, routines)
How systems are designed and implemented using ABA, OBM, and Lean Six Sigma principles
What staff training and coaching cycles include
How improvements are measured through fidelity checks and progress monitoring
What directors can expect when partnering with SeLaH™ for behavior alignment, STARS improvement, or classroom systems support
The mock project serves as a transparent, step‑by‑step example of SeLaH’s approach—showing the clarity, structure, and sustainability that define the brand. It helps potential clients visualize the process, understand the value, and see how SeLaH™ transforms classrooms, staff teams, and organizational systems.
