1. Offline Processing

Sejda.Pro PDF Editor performs all PDF actions locally on your device. Your PDF files are never uploaded to external servers or shared without your consent. All editing, merging, splitting, and conversion happens entirely on your device.

2. Internet Permission

The app requires internet access solely for Firebase Analytics to send anonymous usage statistics. No PDF content or personal documents are transmitted over the internet. Your files remain completely private and local to your device.

3. File Access

The app requests access only to the documents you select through the system picker. These permissions let the app open, view, edit, or export files in place.You can revoke access at any time from Android system settings. Once revoked, Sejda. Pro PDF Editor loses the ability to open previously selected files.

4. Temporary Data

Temporary working copies may be created in the app cache while editing or converting documents. These temporary files are cleaned when operations finish or when the app is closed.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and crashes. This helps us improve the app experience.Firebase may collect: device model, operating system version, app version, country/region, and anonymized usage patterns. No personally identifiable information or PDF content is collected.Data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising

Our app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and process certain data such as:

• Advertising ID (used for personalized or non-personalized ads)

• Device information (e.g., device type, language)

• App usage data related to ad performance and impressions

AdMob uses this information to serve and improve ads, measure their effectiveness, and prevent fraud. Data collection and use are handled according to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

This app uses Google Firebase (Analytics) and Google AdMob (Advertising), both services provided by Google LLC. These services collect data as described in Sections 5 and 6. No third-party services have access to your PDF documents.

8. Exports and Storage

Processed files are saved to the folder you choose (Downloads or Documents). The app maintains a recent files list on-device to help you reopen your latest outputs quickly.

9. Security

Because files remain on your device, you are responsible for securing your phone or tablet. Use device encryption and screen locks to protect sensitive PDFs.
