Seizure Pages is a seizure diary app for recording, reviewing, and sharing seizure event entries. It is intended as a digital replacement for a paper seizure log.

It is only a record-keeping tool.
1. Information the App Stores
Seizure Pages stores the information that you enter into the app, such as seizure event notes, dates, times, seizure type names, recovery notes, witness notes, and other entry details.
If you use Apple Watch quick entry, information you enter on the watch may be sent to your paired iPhone so it can be saved in the iPhone app.
2. How Information Is Used
The information you enter is used only to:
- create and save seizure diary entries
- let you review your entries inside the app
- let you export or share reports that you choose to create
- support Apple Watch quick capture and transfer to iPhone
3. Data Sharing
Seizure Pages does not sell your data.
Seizure Pages only shares information when you choose to export or share it.
For example, if you create a report or share an entry, that information is shared only through the action you choose.
4. Data Storage
Seizure Pages stores data on your device.
If you share a report, export text, or export a PDF, the information included in that export is based on what you choose to share.
5. No Medical Device Claims
Seizure Pages is not a medical device.
It is not intended to detect, diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent seizures or any other condition.
It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, medical equipment, or emergency services.
6. Your Control
You control the information you enter into Seizure Pages.
You also control whether you keep, edit, delete, export, or share that information.
7. Children
Seizure Pages may be used by a person having seizures, a caregiver, or an observer. It is the responsibility of the user or caregiver to decide what information is entered and shared.
8. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated in the future. Any updated version should be reviewed with the app release it accompanies.
