Welcome to the National Conference of Firemen & Oilers (NCFO), SEIU, 32BJ. We are a labor union that proudly celebrates over 100 years of service, both on and off the job, to thousands of workers and their families. Our members can be found working in a variety of occupational fields among both private and public employers throughout the United States.

Our mission is to build and grow a diverse, effective, politically independent and democratic organization of workers to change our lives for the better, improve our communities, and build a more just society for present and future generations.

We recognize our successes and learn from our setbacks. We strive to be strategic, organized, inclusive, honest, respectful, optimistic and confident.

We are committed to empowering working people to create positive change in their workplaces and communities, and strive to build a 21st century movement for workers' rights and dignity and equality for all.
