About the Shodai Soke (First Generation Headmaster & Founder)
Garcia G. A. - Hanshi practiced and teached martial arts for over 40 years up to his final days in June 2009.
Proficient in different martial arts, acquired the ranks of 10th Dan / Hanshi in the arts of Okinawan Karate & Kobudo, and in the arts of Japanese Kenjutsu & Aikijutsu. He was also a practitioner of the Chinese Kung Fu where he reached Shi Tai Gong.
Hard worker practitioner, dedicated his life to the practice and pursue of the perfection in the martial arts. For Garcia G. A. - Hanshi the martial arts was a way of life more than anything else.
Founded his own organization around 1970 and renamed it as Seito Kan in the 1990's decade, with the primary mission of practice and preserve his martial arts methodology.
Even thou, during part of his life there were some misconceptions and misunderstandings within the martial arts community, Garcia G. A. - Hanshi decided to ignore those political and social issues and retired himself out of the public view to focus himself in the practice and pursue of the perfection of his martial way.
His teachings, objectives and goals will always be at the heart of his students as:
- To always follow the path of martial arts and seek for more knowledge
- To strive to pass this knowledge on, in a correct manner, and follow the five main principles as taught by his teachers:
To strive for good moral character in martial arts
To keep an honest and sincere martial arts way
To cultivate perseverance and a will for striving
To develop a respectful attitude towards martial arts and its practitioners
To restrain the physical ability by spiritual attainment
About Garcia G. J. Nidai Soke (Second Generation Headmaster)
Garcia G. J. - Hanshi practiced martial arts for all his life as part of the way he grow up. In the 1990's became President of Seito Kan and Chief Instructor of the Organization. Proficient in the martial arts of Okinawan Karate & Kobudo, and the martial arts of Japanese Kenjutsu & Aikijutsu, he proudly practiced with great martial arts teachers and practitioners besides his father Garcia G. A. - Shodai Soke.
Garcia G. J. - Hanshi found in the martial arts not only a physical but a mental way of life. After Garcia G. A. - Hanshi passed away, declared in his will, Garcia G. J. inherit the Organizations Leadership as the headmaster of the martial arts styles of Okinawa Shorin Ryu Soken-ha Matsumura Karate & Kobudo, Orenai Yoshin Ryu Aikijutsu and Tenshin Omon Ryu Kenjutsu.
Garcia G. J. - Hanshi has a goal to maintain and preserve the martial arts as the way of life he learned from this father. He continue practicing and teaching, ignoring all social and political aspects that could lead away from his martial arts path.
About Quiñones F. J. Hanshi (Second Generation Headmaster)
Quiñones F. J. - Hanshi practiced martial arts for most of his life. In the 1990's became one of the closest students of Garcia G. A. Shodai Soke to a point of being part of his family and inner circle, and currently is the Chief Instructor of the Organization.
Proficient in the martials arts of Okinawan Karate & Kobudo, and the martial arts of Chinese Chuan Fa / Gung Fu, he proudly practiced with great martial arts teachers and practitioners up to this day.
Quiñones F. J. - Hanshi found in the martial arts that is not about technique, is the correct attitude of mind and heart. After Garcia G. A. - Hanshi passed away, declared on his will, Quiñones F. J. inherit the position of Chief Instructor of the organization and headmaster of the martial arts of Aiki Goju Ryu Karate and Seito Kan Okinawa Kobudo.

Both Quiñones F. J. - Hanshi and Garcia G. J. - Hanshi, have kept practicing the martial arts knowledge they learned from Garcia G. A. - Shodai Soke and teaching to family and close friends.
Shortly after Garcia G. A. - Shodai Soke passed away both of them worked and achieve ordination as Buddhist Priests and Shugendo Yamabushi.
