Dr. Sehoon Kim is a research professor at the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS) whose academic interest extends to Business Models, Innovation, Futures Studies, Digital Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior. He received his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Business School Lausanne, Switzerland, and PhD from aSSIST Business School, South Korea. As a professional business manager, Dr. Kim has longstanding experience in automotive. He has experience in various positions at Toyota, such as marketing, sales, human resource development, information service, and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). He is also an academic reviewer for various prestigious international journals and the author of "Exchange: The Principles of Transactions in High-Performance Organizations."
