SEHANDI Account & Data Deletion Request
SEHANDI users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to sehandiapp@gmail.com
Use the same email address linked to your SEHANDI account.
Enter “SEHANDI Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
We may ask you to verify your account ownership before processing the request.
Account deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
SEHANDI account information
Name or nickname
Email address
User ID and social login identifiers linked to Google or Kakao
Saved restaurants, bookmarks, preferences, and other account-related data
Last access information and stored location data associated with the account
Data that may be retained
Certain limited data may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law, such retained data will be deleted within 90 days after the account deletion request is completed.
